Which payment methods are accepted?
You can pay for your online purchase by Credit Card or PayPal.
When will my credit card be charged?
The payment for your order will be taken from your credit card when the order is shipped.
Where can I print the invoice for my order?
You can print the invoice from your account after you make an order.
Is VAT included in prices?
Our prices already include VAT.
Which courier will be used?
For all postage to Italy, the reference courier is BRT.
Which countries do you ship to?
Orders can be sent anywhere in Italy.
What is the usual delivery time?
Mico Sport undertakes to deliver products purchased by the customer online within 30 days (in accordance with the provisions of art. 54 of Italian Legislative Decree 206 of 06/09/05).
However, the Company will endeavour to ensure the dispatch of products available in the warehouse, using trusted couriers, within two working days of receipt of the order (excluding holidays and/or days of business closure
If the product ordered is out of stock, you will receive a notification from our customer care service.
What are the shipping costs?
Deliveries to all of Italy have a base price of 7 euro.
Can you send an order to an address other than my own?
We can send your order to an address different from the billing address (i.e. address of the person who makes the order), provided it is within the same country. At the checkout stage, you will be asked to enter a shipping address, which can be different from the billing address.
Is it possible to choose a specific day and/or hour for the delivery?
It is not possible to choose a specific day and/or hour for the delivery. All deliveries are made by couriers who deliver at a time of day according to their own organisation, which is beyond Mico Sport’s influence.. You will therefore need to indicate a shipping address where someone is always available to receive the parcel. If there is not always someone in the house to sign the delivery receipt, we advise you to give a different shipping address, for example to an apartment with a concierge, an office etc.
What should I do if there was nobody home at the time of delivery?
The courier will make 2 delivery attempts; if there is nobody in at address indicated, they will leave a delivery note. After two attempts, the parcel will be held by the courier for a few days before being returned to Mico Sport. In this case, you will be charged for the cost of redelivery by our company.
RETURNS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Can I return the items I have purchased?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product on the condition that it remains intact, has not been used and is returned complete with the original product packaging and labels. If you made an order online, you can return it within 10 days of receipt of the parcel and the invoice amount for the returned product or products will be refunded, excluding shipping charges.
The right of withdrawal is regulated by law (Italian Legislative Decree no. 185 of 22 May 1999).
The customer-consumer (a physical person who buys the goods for purposes not related to his or her professional activity i.e. does not indicate a business VAT reference on the order form when making a purchase) has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason.
Mico Sport shall in no way be liable for any damage or theft/loss of goods returned via uninsured shipping.
What are the conditions for making a return?
The right of withdrawal is exercised legitimately when it meets the following conditions:
- the products must not have been used or damaged
- the tags must still be attached to the products
- the products must be returned in their original packaging
- the right of withdrawal is exercised with regard to the product in its entirety and not for parts or components thereof; if a set has been purchased, it must be returned with all the items that make up the set
- if the products to be returned were purchased in a single order, they must be returned to the Seller as a single shipment, the Company may choose not to accept products not returned in a single shipment
In the case of a refund, will the cost of shipping be refunded?
The customer will be liable for the shipping costs for the returned goods and the shipping costs for the replacement goods.
Can I exchange an item I have bought?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange products purchased online. You must return the product according to the procedure described and, even at the same time, make a new order.
What should I do to return a product?
Along with your order, you will receive a returns form.
After completing the form, put it in the return package and send the product via courier to:

You can choose any courier that guarantees insurance against damage and theft. The goods must be returned intact and carefully wrapped in the original packaging, complete with all accessories and with the tags still securely attached.
It is recommended to put the goods inside a second box to prevent damage to the original packaging.
Damaged goods will not be accepted for return, even if due to inadequate packaging and/or delivery methods. The shipping costs to return the items in cases of a simple refund will not be reimbursed. Shipment will not be accepted by any means other than those indicated nor at the expense of the recipient. You cannot exchange the item or items for others.
Remember that returns can only be sent from the country in which the order was made.
When will the refund be made for an item purchased online?
After we have received the returned item and have verified the return was made correctly, we will send you an email confirming the return has been accepted. The refund currency depends on the company of the credit card with which the payment was made; it is usually made within a period of two bank statements.
